Single Parents, This Ministry is here for you.

With the help of many dedicated volunteers, every event, activity, game, and lesson we do for kids is done with the goal of helping them build relationships, understand who they were created to be, and know how to have a right relationship with God, for his glory!

The mission of Grace Point is "to make more and better Christ-followers." SPM focuses on learning how to listen and respond to God’s voice through His Word. Each monthly gathering will allow time for group discussion and prayer as we take time to explore an authentic relationship with God, ourselves, and others.

The Single Parents Ministry meets once per month following the Sunday morning service. A meal and activities for the children will be provided by the Single Parent Missional Community.

Pr. Yves and Pr. Betty Kiringa, having been raised by single parents and also experience a single life; they when through a lot in their youth days, which they don’t like to see others go through. Because of this, they conceived a commitment to help single parents, spinsters, bachelors, and others to cope up and overcome single life and its challenges. (1 John 1:1), “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched—this we proclaim concerning the Word of life.”

Our vision is to see all singles evangelized, disciple under God’s deliverance. And build their lives on uncompromised Biblical principles in truth, excellence, integrity, and compassion, as well as to become married to patterners of God’s perfect will.

The number of singles keeps increased day by day internationally, and this is a general issue that the church is facing. Let think of Canada; in 2008, the number of singles was 1.57 million, and in 2020, the number has increased up to 1.78 million, of which 80% of lone-parent families were headed by women that represented 13% of total families in Canada. Because of that prevalence, Build the Bridge Fellowship International Ministry has come up with the solution to solve this problem with the truth which, is the message of hope in the Word of God.

Some of the messages we preach and the activities we do to solve this problem includes:

  • The message of Hope, Comfort, and Healing from past experiences and recovery from past physiological torture and trauma.
  • Biblical training to transform their inner and out person.
  • Create a platform to connect like-minded.
  • To disciple them so that they may serve the Lord.
  • Provide counseling.
  • Preach to them the message of overcome loneliness and abandonment.
  • Circumstances due to death.
  • Abandonment.
  • Broken Relationships.
  • Wrong Relationships.
  • Ancestral bondages.
  • How to overcome sexual sins.
  • Witchcraft and sorcery.
  • Deliverance of soul and mind.

Bachelorhood and Spinsterhood

These are other categories of singles which we address in our ministry, and we teach them different causes of marriage delays and how to deal with them, and how to develop a deepening intimacy with God through prayer, fasting, fellowship, reading the Word of God and self-examination.

Some men and women had passed their time of marriage for many different reasons that most of them are spiritually related and need to be addressed and dealt with vigorously in both spiritual and physical life. From time to time, bachelors and spinsters are misjudged; by people around them instead of helping them find the right solution. It can also indicate that a woman is considered unlikely to ever marry but, God has a good plan for everyone.

Youth

At Build Bridge Fellowship, we preach distinct and coherent messages concerning relationships for the youth that prepares them for a better marriage that comes from God.
